With over 15 years of experience of culinary professionalism the flavors I bring you are tied to my cultural background of El Salvador, and other Latin countries. My signature dishes pay homage to the traditional family recipes of my mother with an elevated contemporary spin. My famous pupusas ooze with melted cheese, and a variety of rich fillings.
